Terms and Conditions

• "Pharma Entrix" / "We" / "Us" / "Our": Refers toPharma Entrix, the provider of this SaaS platform.
• "User" / "You" / "Your": Refers to pharmacy owners, staff members, or any individual accessing our services.
• "Services": The Pharma Entrix software platform, including stock management, billing, reports, and all related features.
• "Subscription": A paid plan (Monthly or Yearly) that provides access to Premium features.
• "Free Plan": The no-cost tier with limited features.
• "Content": All data, information, and materials uploaded or generated through our Services.

To use Pharma Entrix, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.

3.1 Paid Subscriptions

• Premium features require a paid subscription (Growth, Pro, or Enterprise — billed monthly or yearly; current pricing is shown on the Plans page).
• Prices include applicable GST (18%).
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3.2 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription anytime from Profile → Manage Subscription.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds for partial unused periods unless required by law.

3.3 Price Changes

• We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice.
• Price changes apply to the next renewal cycle.

• New users are eligible for a 30-day free trial of Premium features.
• No credit card is required to start the trial.
• Trial begins immediately upon activation.
• At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using Premium features.
• We reserve the right to limit free trials to one per pharmacy/organization.

You agree NOT to:

• Use Pharma Entrix for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access our services.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws.

• Pharma Entrix and all related content (software, design, logos, trademarks) are owned by us.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services.
• Feedback and suggestions you provide become our property.

• You retain full ownership of all pharmacy data (inventory, sales, customer information).
• You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data to provide our services.
• We do not claim ownership of your content.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you upload.
• Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days (subject to legal retention requirements).

• Pharma Entrix integrates with third-party services (e.g., Razorpay for payments).
• We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services.
• Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

• We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• You use Pharma Entrix at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, etc.).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pharma Entrix, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of any third-party rights.
• Any content you submit or transmit through our Services.

• You may terminate your account anytime from Profile settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.

• We may modify these Terms at any time.
• Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
• If you disagree with changes, you must stop using our Services.
